Quality Assurance Committee The Quality Assurance Committee was established to provide ongoing quality assurance of the WAJCA Case Management Assessment Process (CMAP) on a statewide basis. The committee consists of statewide members that represent Juvenile Court Administrators, Probation Managers, Certified Trainers, and Quality Assurance Specialists as well as representation from eastern and western Washington and small and large counties.
